These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of wive — the wive web and desktop apps and the services behind them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
wive is a private life dashboard that lets you organize your health, finances, style, relationships, and goals in one place, with AI assistants grounded in the data you add. The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not use it for anything unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or copy, resell, or reverse engineer any part of it.
4. Your content and data
The data you add to wive belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, to display your dashboard and power your AI assistants. We never sell your data. You can delete your data or your entire account at any time.
5. Not professional advice
The Service, including its AI assistants, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Always seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition, and consult a qualified advisor before making financial decisions.
6. AI features
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate responses, summaries, and suggestions based on your data. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying important information before relying or acting on it.
7. Paid plans
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms are shown before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wive and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We are continuously improving the Service and may add, change, or remove features. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you — for example, in the app or by email — before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
